Cancellation Policy
A written notification of cancellation should be sent to Athygli Conferences to birna@athygli.is
Cancellation made before 5 February 2013 will be charged a service fee of ISK 10.000
For cancellations made after 5 February 2013, we regret that no refunds of registration fee can be made but substitutions may be made at all times.
Individual accommodation booking will be refunded if cancellation is made 48 hours before arrival date (working days). Neither the conference organizers nor the conference secretariat can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.
